Is this an agency?

No. Inner Circle Club isn't an agency.

I don't assign virtual assistants or manage their day-to-day work like a traditional agency would. Instead, I help you skip the time-consuming hiring process by introducing you to remote professionals I've personally vetted, prepared, and feel confident recommending.

Once you decide to hire someone, they become part of your team and you work with them directly.

How is this different from a recruiter or staffing agency?

Instead of sending you dozens of resumes to sort through, I introduce you to a small number of remote professionals I genuinely believe are worth your time to meet.

Every introduction is made with care because my reputation is attached to it. I take the time to understand what you're looking for, then recommend people I believe could be a great addition to your team.

You still make the final hiring decision. I simply make the journey easier, faster, and less overwhelming.

Who are the professionals in your network?

They're people I've personally gotten to know throughout my career, professionals I've worked with, built relationships with, or spent time helping prepare for client opportunities.

I intentionally keep the network small because I'd rather confidently recommend a handful of exceptional people than maintain a database of thousands I barely know.

Do I still interview the candidates?

Absolutely. I'll narrow the search and introduce people I genuinely believe are worth considering, but the final hiring decision is always yours.

Who manages the professional after they're hired?

You do. Once you've hired someone, they'll work directly with you as part of your team. I don't supervise their day-to-day work or act as a project manager. My role is to help make the right introduction, then step back so you can build your working relationship naturally.

Do you guarantee the perfect hire?

No one can guarantee that every hire will be the perfect fit, but what I can promise is that I'll do the work of carefully sourcing and recommending people I'd confidently introduce, and if things don't work out, I'll help you find another match.
